Description
Asclepias syriaca (Common Milkweed) has clusters of pinkish flowers that are 'butterfly magnets' and a Monarch larvae food source; blooms on 2'-6' stems in early to mid summer-fall; a critter resistant, drought tolerant, pollinator attractor! Spreads by stolons and seed; winter hardiness zone 4-9; plug.

We are not perennial growers but we have been using all types of plant material in our gardens with bulbs and have recommended doing so for over 20 years! We have friends who grow plants in the U.S. and have offered them to us for our catalogue.
