Silverstream - soft creamy yellow; sometimes streaked with red and white; green leaves have pinkish white edges; lovely, unusual and eyecatching with N. 'Empress of Ireland'; variable; 20"-22"; mid spring.

Originally the result of hybridization between cultivars of the darwin group with Tulip fosteriana and the result of hybridization between other cultivars and botanical tulips, which have the same habit and in which the wild plant is not evident." Best for perennial bedding, cutting, forcing. Mid spring bloomers that are very reliable with long lasting flowers. We regard this as the longest term perennial tulip group.
