Description
Iris Count Pulaski (Louisiana Iris) has bronzy apricot flowers with cream undertones and golden falls; requires moist soil in full sun to part shade; 36"-48"; winter hardiness zone 7-10; plug. Photo credit Agristarts

Sword shaped linear leaves and usually fragrant blooms growing 2'-3' tall.  Irises come in a huge variety of colors which earned the name of the genus after the Greek goddess of the rainbow.  Divide plants immediately after flowering when overcrowding occurs, usually every 3-4 years.  Plant in full sun.  Great for arrangements.
