Description
Yellow Power - pure and clear sunny yellow; a stunning green eye and dark stamens set off a perfect contrast; great substance; 2'-3'; whz 3-8. The lilies in this group are a result of much work in laboratories and fields to cross Asiatic Lilies with Longiflorum (Easter Lily) types. Most bloom early, have fragrance and great substance (like the Longiflorum types), but are outfacing like Asiatic Lilies. They show strength, disease resistance and tolerance to viruses which make them exceptional for the garden, containers and also for cut flowers; among the earliest to bloom; 2-3 per sq. ft.; 16-18+ cm ; 2'-3'; whz 4-8. Our pollinators are so important to the sustainability of our gardens and food crops for insect and birds and if each of us participates in healthy gardening practices and chooses some of the pollinator attracting plants, we can collectively make a HUGE difference.
