Description
Musa basjoo - (Japanese banana) the cold hardiest banana and a great tropical addition to the landscape or in a container; grows 8'-14'; winter hardiness zones 4-11. This item is a PLANT, and will arrive in ~4" pots from tissue culture. (These are best grown in 70°+ soil or start indoors ahead of time on a heat mat).

This huge, luscious plant has given us such pleasure in our tropical garden and in containers; it give the perfect backdrop for many other smaller tropical plants; thrives during hot, humid summers.
