Description
Salvia greggii Wild Thing has masses of hot pink flowers that bloom over glossy green, aromatic foliage early summer into fall; a woody perennial that does best when cut back hard in the early spring; full to part sun; 24"-30" tall; winter hardiness zone 6-10; plug.

Easy care, drought tolerant plants with fragrant foliage whose flowers are often visited by butterflies and hummingbirds. Deadheading encourages longer bloom time.  Prefers full sun and is deer and rabbit resistant.

Our pollinators are so important to the sustainability of our gardens and food crops for insect and birds and if each of us participates in healthy gardening practices and chooses some of the pollinator attracting plants, we can collectively make a HUGE difference.
