Description
Verbena Homestead Purple has bright purple blooms overtop green foliage from spring until frost; named by Dr. Alan Armitage; full sun and well drained soil; fast growing; deer resistant; pollinator attractor; 10"-12"; winter hardiness zone 7-10; plug.

An easy to grow North American native.  Most will do best in a sunny location with well drained soil to prevent any mildew issues; drought tolerant; pollinator attractor; great cut flower.

Our pollinators are so important to the sustainability of our gardens and food crops for insect and birds and if each of us participates in healthy gardening practices and chooses some of the pollinator attracting plants, we can collectively make a HUGE difference.
